A stable temperature throughout the adhesive circuit
The Hotmelt Coating Station comes as standard with a ‘melt-on-demand’ Drum Melter 200 and a Tank Melter 65 adhesive buffer. This powerful combination ensures a controlled and uninterrupted supply of adhesive, which is maintained at a very constant temperature. A key advantage: the Tank Melter allows you to change the adhesive container (the drum) without interrupting the process. And at the end of the day, you simply drain the Tank Melter, so you don’t have to heat up a full tank the next day. That’s sustainability at its best!
Hotmelt coating station and special applications

UV hotmelt coating
For specific applications, the Hotmelt Coating Station can be fitted with integrated UV (LED) curing. This configuration has been developed for the application of UV hotmelt adhesives: a special category of adhesives that are cured using UV lamps after application.
Pattern- and intermittent coating
Pattern and intermittent coating make it possible to apply adhesives in a highly targeted manner only where the adhesive serves a purpose. This reduces your adhesive consumption and offers greater freedom in product design and functionality.
Hybrid technology
For label printers and converters who do not want to have to choose between linerless labels and laminates, we have developed a hybrid coating station. This enables you to produce both linerless labels and laminates on a single production line.
