Panel Assembly Line for filter and drainage mats – Semi-automatic
This semi-automatic production line is developed for gluing mats with PUR hotmelt for drainage applications. The PUR hotmelt is extremely well suited to giving the laminate flexibility. This production line unwinds and double-laminates fleece on a geotextile. This production line for tri-laminate is integrated by Maan Engineering into an existing production line. The unique feature of this production line is the way it handles the melt-sensitive geotextile in the heated Roller Coater.
Line configuration
The basis of this semi-automatic production line is formed by Maan Engineering coating equipment. The line is built up of a Roller Coater 2400 – Double and a Drum Melter. For this product, Maan Engineering has also realised a pinching section after the Roller Coater to laminate the tri-laminate after gluing.
