Panel Assembly Line for foam panels

The semi-automatic production line is developed for gluing Technical Foam. Lines designed to solve the challenge of handling sensitive foam material are a Maan Engineering speciality. This production line inserts a foam panel, equipped with PUR hotmelt, and then laminated with a flexible material, such as Velcro. The proper adhesive transfer is then realised through pressing in a Static Sheet Press. This configuration is entirely developed by Maan Engineering and constructed as per customer requirements.

Line configuration

The basis of this semi-automatic production line is formed by Maan Engineering coating equipment. The line is built up of a Roller Coater 1600 and a Drum Melter 200. This line integrates a Static Sheet Press instead of the standard Rotary Laminating Press to ensure the proper handling of foam panels.
