Service contracts

Service Support Package

In addition to the standard service, Maan offers a first-year Service Support Package.

This is a complete package that includes two visits by a Maan service engineer, who carries out preventive maintenance and inspections on the machine. You then receive a detailed report with the current status of the system. We will also keep you informed of any parts to be replaced and measures to be taken.

In addition to the inspection, the engineer carries out minor repairs and some training may also be given.

Long-term service contract (after 1 year)

After the first year, the service coordinator of Maan Engineering will discuss a long-term service contract with the customer based on actual needs. This contract consists of: response times with availability of maintenance engineers and parts.
