\n\t\t\tThe foundation is laid in the buffer tank\t<\/h3>\n\t

Inside the sealed buffer tank, a mixing propeller keeps the silicone emulsion in constant motion. This ensures that the various components remain thoroughly mixed, thereby preventing contamination and the formation of air bubbles in the silicone. A pump then transports the silicone from the buffer tank to the coating station and its three rollers.<\/p>\n\n

The anilox roller ensures that exactly the correct amount of silicone is transferred to a transfer roller. The silicone is then distributed evenly across the substrate via the coating roller.<\/p>\n
